Welcome to ZERON, the annual flagship event hosted by Conference Mind Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing tickets, accessing our website (TheZeron.com), or attending the event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticketing & Entry

  1. All tickets purchased on TheZeron.com are non-refundable unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizer.
  2. Entry is strictly 18+. Valid government ID must be presented at the venue.
  3. Tickets are valid only for the specific date and venue as mentioned.
  4. Tickets cannot be resold, transferred, duplicated, or modified.
  5. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any guest for security or compliance reasons.

2. Event Guidelines

  1. Outside food, beverages, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited.
  2. Attendees must follow all security procedures and cooperate with on-ground staff.
  3. Alcoholic beverages will be served only to individuals above 21, as per applicable local regulations.
  4. Misconduct, harassment, or unsafe behavior may lead to removal from the premises without refund.
  5. The organizer may change the event schedule, performers, or programming if required.

3. Media, Recording & Branding

  1. By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
  2. ZERON may use this material in promotions, marketing, aftermovies, and digital campaigns.
  3. No professional cameras or recording equipment allowed without prior approval.

4. Liability & Safety

  1. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
  2. The organizer is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage occurring at the venue unless caused by deliberate negligence.
  3. In case of emergency, attendees must follow instructions from security and management.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation

  1. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date.
  2. If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be processed within 7 days to customers who booked through TheZeron.com.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By booking tickets or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

✅ 2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – ZERON

1. General Rule
All ticket purchases made on TheZeron.com are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation.

2. Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by Conference Mind Pvt. Ltd.:

  • A 100% refund will be issued
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the scheduled event date
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

3. Postponed Events

If ZERON is rescheduled for any reason:

  • Tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date
  • No refund will be issued unless the event is ultimately cancelled

4. No-Show or Late Entry

  • No refunds will be provided for attendees who fail to attend the event
  • No refunds for late entry, denied entry due to age, ID issues, or misconduct

5. Third-Party Purchases

If tickets are purchased through authorized partners or promoters, their respective refund policies may apply.
Only bookings made on TheZeron.com will be eligible for direct refunds from the organizer.

The ZERON website may contain links to partner or sponsor websites; we do not control their content or policies.

ZERON is organized by Conference Mind Pvt. Ltd.

All event details, artist lineups, schedules, and activities are subject to change without prior notice.

The organizer is not responsible for:

Technical glitches

Website downtime

Delays caused by third-party service providers

Changes in performer availability

Attendees participate at their own risk.

The organizer is not liable for:

Loss of personal belongings

Physical injuries due to crowd behavior or negligence by third parties

Acts of God (rain, natural calamities, etc.)

Alcohol consumption is at the attendee’s discretion. Drink responsibly.
